KNAUF x THOMAS BRINGOLD

Knauf chose Thomas Bringold to renovate and invest in the ceiling of a company meeting room.

For this room, Thomas will propose "a vegetal canopy" that will cover the conversations, a composition of massive green leaves animated by his favorite motif, somewhere between cell and flower, which he declines in a play of several strong colors, from inspiring pink to clear blue and bright yellow.
The Challenge

theo make the difference for its occupants between before and after, thanks to a product with multiple assets - aesthetic, acoustic, natural, etc.: Organic.

The Approach

It's possible to combine art and the requirements of the construction industry. When young artist Thomas Bringold met Knauf and took on the project, he wasn't concerned with the acoustic comfort requirements of a corporate meeting room. On the other hand, with all his sensitivity as an artist, he was able to perceive the expectations of its occupants, the very people who regularly use this high-tech room, equipped with screens and tablets, for meetings, videoconferencing and even in shared mode.

Aware of the importance of saving resources and sustainable construction, since Thomas is already an accomplished artist when it comes to reusing materials, for example, he was quick to envision all the benefits of Organic, designed by nature and Knauf, the biosourced wood wool ceiling tiles that would be the support for his work, the blank sheet on which he would inscribe his composition. Knauf chose Thomas Bringold, a young artist with roots in Auvergne and Berlin, to renovate and invest the ceiling of a company meeting room. The challenge: to make the difference for its occupants between before and after, thanks to a product with multiple assets - aesthetic, acoustic, natural, etc.: Organic.
